The One-A-LOG® Voice Recording system is an extremely effective tool and is ideally suited for recording telephone and office conversations, or any kind of meeting, training session or arbitration directly onto computer.
The voice logging functionality is a combination of software and hardware which is installed onto each computer, then connected to a telephone or microphone, where you want conversations to be recorded.
Calls are recorded in MP3 format and can be e-mailed to a disputing party who can play this conversation with Windows Media Player.
