OmniLOG Voice Solutions began operating as a software development company in Johannesburg in 1992, and is active in providing total computing solutions to many clients in South Africa. OmniLOG Voice Solutions (PTY) LTD offers a wide range of services and products including call centres, desktop integration and state-of-the-art voice logging solutions.

With many years experience in the industry, they have observed first hand as technology has developed and advanced. They continually gather, evaluate and analyze all industry information pertaining to their customer’s needs. This on-going research enables them to provide the best and most effective solution to suit their clients’ communication needs.

The Managing Director has extensive knowledge in developing computer telephony solutions and has actively been involved in the voice arena since 1988. He has since developed a range of Voice Loggers which caters for the individual and large corporate. Furthermore, he was instrumental in developing a Telephone Banking solution with one of the largest banks in South Africa (NedTel), and has in excess of twenty years programming and

development experience in areas such as Assembler, C, C++ and Visual Basic and developed an Interactive Voice Response System for the Receiver of Revenue in Holland.

OmniLOG’s main purpose is to promote its own products. The company would have made use of imported products which are not price competitive. The reason for not being price competitive is the current and past rate of exchange (Rand vs. Dollar).

OmniLOG Voice Solutions’ customer base comprises many of South Africa’s leading companies. The fields are diverse and include telecommunications, education, science, commerce, retail, finance, mining, insurance, assurance, security and manufacturing. A Project Manager personally oversees each and every project, ensuring their commitment to the successful outcome of projects they implement.

OmniLOG offers complete hardware and software maintenance. The directors have been trained both locally and overseas on various technical aspects regarding computer telephony. Their tasks include the packaging, promotion, installing, commissioning and maintaining OmniLog’s entire range of products.
